Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of great and not-so-great elements. The rooms looked newly tiled and renovated, but unfortunately felt like a sauna despite efforts to cool them down. They were quite outdated and could use a facelift soon. On a positive note, I was pleasantly surprised to find chocolates, a dessert plate, and a card from the staff waiting for me - a nice touch.
The hotel was really spacious and reasonably large but unfortunately not all rooms were updated yet. The location was ideal for a wedding at the Castle with convenient shuttle service, but the play area was unexpectedly closed. The dining experience varied from very high standards to quite terrible. Although the facilities need some TLC, the overall experience was satisfactory for the price.
The hotel had lovely, comfy, and clean rooms, but it wasn't as nice as expected. The service stood out with helpful and kind staff. Despite some crowding from locals, the location received high praise. The dining was pricey but top-notch. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor drawbacks.
The hotel has some great aspects, like the attentive staff and the lovely location, but it falls short in certain areas like the room smell and limited play space for kids. Despite these drawbacks, the dining experience offers a mix of enjoyment and disappointment.
The hotel was large, though a bit dirty. The cleaning staff didn't seem very attentive. Despite these issues, I would overlook them as everything else about the stay was perfect.
The hotel was lovely, comfy, and clean, with a lovely surprise of chocolates and a dessert plate from the staff. However, some areas in the rooms felt dated and shabby. The service was super efficient, with friendly and kind staff offering fantastic food. The location was cozy and great for families, though some parts of the hotel showed signs of wear and needed upgrades. The dining experience was average, with a good range of items. The hotel would benefit from some TLC in its facilities.
